A walk to Pernera bay beach from either Villa is only 5 minutes, from there, you can join the newly built promenade with its intermittent quality timber decking and contrasting concrete sections of finished designs, that cannot help making you think about art, a modern style and design theme, which symbolises how the modern and contemporary feel blends in with the natural coral that frames the crystal blue clear waters of the Mediterranean. The promenade takes you to the larger resort of Protaras (about a 15 minute stroll,) see the famous Magic Dancing Waters show, and walk the centre of Protaras where you will find those enchanting gift shops, restaurants, karaoke bars. Protaras and its beach resorts are on the east coast of Cyprus and offers many sandy beaches and quite coves to explore, in the well known 'Fig Tree Bay'. There is a good choice of water activities and sports, boat excursions, fishing trips, snorkelling and diving.

Weddings and Special occasions

We work with a great management team in Cyprus Sunset Services who manage our villas all year round and can help to organise your special occasion. Our villas provide an ideal base for larger parties or families organising a wedding/anniversary/birthday. Both villas can be booked together and we can accommodate up to twenty people.

A discount is available for guests booking both villas.
