BATHROOMS: 3 Bathrooms,Toilet, Shower, w/b, en-suite Toilet, Shower Enclosure, family Toilet, Shower Enclosure, Ground floor.

BEDROOMS: 4 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 8 people, however we can accommodate up to 10 persons using temporary beds on request.

Bedroom 1 - 1 King size bed, en-suite, 2 Bedside Cabinets, Lamps, Mirror, console, hair drier.

Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds, 2 Bedside Cabinets, PS2 with 14" LCD TV, shared family Balcony with patio table and 4 chairs.

Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Beds, 2 Bedside Cabinets, Mirror, Console, Shared family Balcony.

Bedroom 4 - 1 Double Bed, 2 Bedside Cabinets, Lamps, mirror, console, situated on the ground floor and is ideal for the elderly or infirm.

OUTSIDE: Shared family balcony BBQ, outside dining area.Parking (off road), 6 patio chairs and table set, 6 Sun loungersShared family balcony BBQ, outside dining area.

CHILDREN: Highchair, Toddler Travel cot, Play Station 2, Pushchair.

NOTES: This is a Non smoking villa, but smoking is allowed outside using ashtrays provided.This self catering villa is equipped with vacuum, soft broom, yard broom, dustpan / brush for your use and is kept in the outside storage facility.
